In the office, he's known as the guy who's very detailed when it comes to doing reviews, but his colleagues appreciate it, despite some complaining after seeing his first batch of review comments. In his free time, he performs at improv comedy shows and takes every opportunity to do some rock climbing.

Michał likes visual thinking. His favorite part of work is drawing and discussing a design of a solution on a whiteboard. After hours, he spends time in the garden or plans his next journey to Asia. He loves hiking, especially during the golden hour, usually spending it on the composition of a single landscape photo.

Has always been passionate about computers and solving various problems, so decided that becoming a software developer would be the most satisfying career choice. Cares a lot about the quality of what he does. Specialized in Java related technologies, but attached to concepts and ideas rather than particular technologies, thus never limits his technology portfolio. When not in front of the computer he enjoys outdoor activities like cycling or rollerblading.

Kuba had his first contact with programming in junior high school, but instead, he preferred watching highlights of NBA games. Kuba studied biomedical engineering with the intention of creating prostheses. Among the specializations he could choose, medical informatics stole his heart. After work, he spends time playing basketball and chess and developing his programming skills.

Grzegorz is an enthusiast of IPA beer, rock music, and the Java programming language. He has over seven years of experience in enterprise programming for medicine and telecommunication. During that time, his programming attitude evolved towards clean and elegant solutions based on the newest technologies and the best practices.

Marcin likes his job as a programmer. He does not love it, but likes it. What he loves is his wife, hiking, computer games, and craft beer. And the atmosphere in LeanForge, where he found people with the same passions he has. Here he can play Rocket League, talk about games like RimWorld, Factorio, etc, organize some mountain trips together, or simply talk and drink good IPA.

Krzysiek is a young and energetic programmer whose primary experience is in Java. As a child he also had an Amiga, but used it only for playing Mortal Kombat. 🙂 He loves traveling and strongly believes that balance is very important in life, so after work he likes to spend afternoons running, swimming or working out at the gym. Even though he enjoys Tuesday pizza, he likes to cook on his own and for some weird reason he is convinced that it tastes better then.

Mateusz, after 35 years of life, fulfilled his childhood dream and became a programmer, previously working for 10 years as a CAD/CAM designer . In 2021, after hundreds of hours of learning, he managed to get his first job as a full-stack developer, and to this day he strives to develop and improve his skills to match his office colleagues. Privately, he is a happy father of two children and a devoted partner to his beloved wife.

Paweł's adventure in programming began - although he did not know it yet - with programs written in third grade for the C-64. For a long time, he could not choose between programming and mathematics. Studying both at Jagiellonian University made the choice obvious. He is a pragmatist in professional and private life. He devotes his free time to his family, TV shows, books and work.
