Paweł's adventure in programming began - although he did not know it yet - with programs written in third grade for the C-64. For a long time, he could not choose between programming and mathematics. Studying both at Jagiellonian University made the choice obvious. He is a pragmatist in professional and private life. He devotes his free time to his family, TV shows, books and work.

Piotr has been a lean and agile enthusiast since almost the beginning of his career. He cares about continuous improvement and high quality of delivery. After trying various technologies and project sizes, his focus became people and making self-organized teams. At work he tries to simplify processes and find the right balance. In his personal life, he is a father of five, English football supporter, snowboarder, footballer and a kite surfer.

Mateusz had his first encounter with programming with JavaScript at the age of 10. He delved into it more seriously during high school. Curious by nature, he pays attention to details, and he values clean solutions. After work, Mateusz finds fulfillment as the owner of an adopted, 14-year-old Schnauzer wannabe. He also tries to incorporate some sports into his routine, exploring new disciplines.

Rafał's main focus is the front end. In the office, he's known as the guy who's very detailed when it comes to doing reviews, but his colleagues appreciate it, despite some complaining after seeing his first batch of review comments. After years of playing video games, during a SUNny spring day in 2004, he started "Thinking in Java", and there was no escaping from it.
