Mateusz, after 35 years of life, fulfilled his childhood dream and became a programmer, previously working for 10 years as a CAD/CAM designer . In 2021, after hundreds of hours of learning, he managed to get his first job as a full-stack developer, and to this day he strives to develop and improve his skills to match his office colleagues. Privately, he is a happy father of two children and a devoted partner to his beloved wife.

Piotr has been a lean and agile enthusiast since almost the beginning of his career. He cares about continuous improvement and high quality of delivery. After trying various technologies and project sizes, his focus became people and making self-organized teams. At work he tries to simplify processes and find the right balance. In his personal life, he is a father of five, English football supporter, snowboarder, footballer and a kite surfer.

Michał's professional journey began in the MSc in Computer Science program at the University of Wroclaw, where he learned not only Java but also how to transform pure logic concepts into functioning programs using Turing-complete languages that operate at least in polynomial time. Since then, he has been working as a software developer with a passion for Polish mountains, American hops, German electronic music, and Japanese video games.

Jakub is a full-stack developer who is mainly focused on JVM languages but also likes the challenges provided by Angular and React technologies. A fan of agile methodologies and brainstorming with team members. In his spare time, he enjoys renovating his vintage Polish motorcycles. The best reward afterward is to ride them through nearby villages and fields on a sunny day.

Rafał's main focus is the front end. In the office, he's known as the guy who's very detailed when it comes to doing reviews, but his colleagues appreciate it, despite some complaining after seeing his first batch of review comments. In his free time, he performs at improv comedy shows and takes every opportunity to do some rock climbing.

Kamil is a Java programming enthusiast who loves both the back end and the front end. After years of playing video games, during a SUNny spring day in 2004, he started "Thinking in Java", and there was no escaping from it. The groovy adventure continues to this day, enriched with agile techniques. Privately, he is a happy father of twins and spends free time reading books and watching movies.

Krzysiek is a young and energetic programmer whose primary experience is in Java. As a child he also had an Amiga, but used it only for playing Mortal Kombat. 🙂 He loves traveling and strongly believes that balance is very important in life, so after work he likes to spend afternoons running, swimming or working out at the gym. Even though he enjoys Tuesday pizza, he likes to cook on his own and for some weird reason he is convinced that it tastes better then.

And the atmosphere in LeanForge, where he found people with the same passions he has. Here he can play Rocket League, talk about games like RimWorld, Factorio, etc, organize some mountain trips together, or simply talk and drink good IPA.

Paweł's adventure in programming began - although he did not know it yet - with programs written in third grade for the C-64. For a long time, he could not choose between programming and mathematics. Studying both at Jagiellonian University made the choice obvious. He is a pragmatist in professional and private life. He devotes his free time to his family, TV shows, books and work.
